Buying Land

Finding the right Realtor to represent you in your land search is very important.  At JenRan Realty we represent all our buyers at no charge.  We inform you of properties that may be of interest to you based on location, size, price etc. 

While walking the land with you we can help point out factors that will greatly influence your decision to purchase or pass.  We help you ask the right questions not only of the seller but also the Building Department, health department, planning and zoning etc.
